Refund Policy

Since this is digital content delivered instantly, as a general rule purchases are non-refundable once the download has started (see Terms of Use, point 4).

That said, if the downloaded file is corrupted, doesn't match the product you purchased, or the payment was duplicated due to a technical error, write to us at elestoico62@gmail.com with the email you used to purchase, and we'll review it case by case.
